Co-Founder
Alinani Simuchimba is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with 17+ years of experience delivering innovative solutions in software development, information security, IT governance, and digital transformation. He brings proven expertise in project management, systems design, and IT audit to drive secure, efficient, and scalable technology initiatives. A strategic thinker and ISACA and PECB certified trainer, he empowers ZCAN by leading technical programs, awareness initiatives, and capacity-building efforts. His broad industry experience ensures practical, impactful solutions that strengthen Zambia’s cybersecurity ecosystem.

Marvin Ngoma
Co-Founder
Marvin Ngoma is a Principal Security Architect with extensive experience over 15 years building robust cybersecurity programs focused on Detection & Response. He specializes in designing practical Security Operations capabilities across people, processes, and technology, informed by real-world threat behavior and operational experience. Marvin holds multiple globally recognized cybersecurity certifications and has deployed and managed security programs across Europe and Africa. At ZCAN, he leverages his expertise to strengthen threat detection, response workflows, and overall cybersecurity resilience.

Alice Mataka is an experienced administrative and finance professional with over a decade of expertise in office management, compliance, and operational coordination. She brings strong skills in financial administration, data management, and IT systems to streamline processes and ensure organizational efficiency.
